Any cancellations within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment times are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. Not showing up to your scheduled appointment time will result in a fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. If you are running late to your appointment, please contact Anna Jewell Ash via phone call or text to let her know. Clients showing up 15+ minutes after their scheduled appointment may not be able to be serviced due to timing, and is completely at the discretion of Anna Jewell Ash. All fees must be paid before your next service.
